Hi book dragons!
Last weekend was my first time attending Fiction, Fans & Ballgowns and it was so much fun! I met loads of lovely readers, fellow authors and bought a stack of fantasy romance novels that I can’t wait to dive into. Here’s a few pics from the event of me and my bookish bestie, Rhianne:
Have you ever been to a book signing? I’ve been to a couple but this was definitely the biggest! It gave me some ideas and inspiration - and lots of motivation, especially the author panel - for future stories and my author career in general. I want to write books that my readers love and obsess over and rave about in Facebook groups (and reviews, lol). I’ve heard it called ‘catnip for readers’ and that’s what I want to create. So, I want to hear from YOU, what do you look for in your favourite books? What makes a book a big fat five stars from you? I’ll pop a little poll below, but I’d also love any emails or dms if you fancy messaging me :-) What I really want is for the next book of mine that you read to be SO mind-bogglingly good that you tell all your reader friends, and ask me to sign a copy, and preorder the book after that! That’s my dream <3
As always, here are the links to download my subscriber freebies, as a thank you for supporting me and my writing:
Happy reading, friends!

If she can remove the monster’s mask, she will earn her freedom…but failure will cost her life.
Thirteen years ago, Princess Fiona fled the bloodshed within Ravenwood Castle. She has no desire to return to the place of her childhood nightmares, especially not as a prisoner locked in chains. Using the power of illusion, she glamours her appearance to conceal her royal identity, hoping that her façade won’t crumble before she can escape.
When the usurper king forces her on a deadly mission to subdue a wild man terrorizing his kingdom, Fiona must earn the trust of a masked monster who uses his sharp tongue and shifting personalities to keep her away. But the longer she’s with him, the more she sees beyond his disguise and succumbs to his charms.
With her life on the line, the last thing she needs is a distraction. But when he offers her another path to freedom, will she sacrifice everything for him?
Mask of Deception and Sacrifice is book 3 in the Sacrificed Hearts multi-author series, a collection of stand-alone fantasy romances inspired by monsters of legend and packed with strong heroines, swoony heroes, and sacrificial themes.
How far will they climb to unearth the truth?
After barely escaping from General Nox’s compound, Andromeda and Caden are in dire straits. The two unlikely allies, desperate to save their loved ones, journey to the chilly mountains of Nor for answers.
But their quest is fraught with obstacles.
A vengeful spirit offers them a mysterious blade, setting a ruthless hunter on their trail. A vicious disease is spreading across the land. On top of that, an ancient prophecy might just unleash chaos upon the world. Rumor has it that the Jester—some kind of powerful, otherworldly being—will rise soon.
Yikes.
As they climb, one thing is clear: If the cold doesn’t kill them, their enemies will...
And they’ve made some deadly enemies.
Filled with adventure, Blade of Night and Winter is the second book in the Shadow and Ruin series. This YA epic fantasy is loaded with heart-stopping action and suspense, irresistible secrets, and the true power of friendship.
Hannah’s main focus was training to protect her people; then she met Torrin.
The Seelie of the mortal realm have vowed to protect mortals from the Unseelie. Hannah wants to help them by using her newfound fighting skills.
During combat training, Hannah meets Torrin, a Fae scout. Their bond is unmistakable—they are soulmates.
Yet, Torrin would prefer to continue in solitude. He can’t give his heart to a fragile mortal…not after everything he’s already gone through.
Hannah has chosen a dangerous life, so Torrin must protect her. He starts by taking over her training. He can’t let anything happen to her.
As they’re trying to figure out what to do about these new feelings, the threat of the Unseelie is ever-growing.
The Unseelie love to wreak havoc. To protect everyone, Hannah and Torrin put themselves in harm’s way. They must protect each other and save the world.
Trained by a Fae is the second book in the Fae of the Hazel Woods series.
Everything has a price and the price just might be Moira.
The world of Skyfall will die unless Moira finds the lost immortals.
Seventeen-year-old Moira is haunted by the accidents that claimed her family. When she is attacked by a strange boy who seems to know too much about her past, Moira fears death will come for her a third time. Saved by twins Airi and Bel, she is taken to their world and safety.
Or so they thought.
Skyfall is dying, the land destroyed during a supernatural war. Those who had protected it, the lost immortals, have gone missing and the land has decayed beyond redemption unless their magic can restore it. Armed with a mysterious talisman Moira, Airi, and Bel must find a journal left by the twins' dead mother that will tell them how to find and free the Immortals known as The Unknown Sun.
Deeper, darker, secrets unravel around them when the journal reveals shocking information…because everything has a price and the price just might be Moira.
A rebellion against the Windwalker kingdom stalks them from the shadows until it threatens their quests and the boy who tried to destroy Moira appears and is determined to seek revenge.
Part 1 of a breathtaking sword and sorcery romantic fantasy for fans of D.K Holmberg and Robyn Wideman!
